How to meditate to help control your weight program starts with setting aside time to meditate. It need not be long when you are first starting. 5 to 10 minutes, a couple of times a day is OK. After you have been at it for a while, you will want to do a short breathing meditation whenever you feel the urge to eat the wrong foods or to eat at the wrong times.

I love to use RAPs (Repetitive Audio Programs) for fast and efficient rewiring. RAPs are selected affirmations repeated over and over while you mindfulness breathing meditation studio coaching or sleep. When you are in a theta brain wave state, your subconscious is open to receive new information without resistance, making for fast and easy reprogramming. I put on the mp3 before I go to sleep, and then all night the recorded statements are seeping into my subconscious, rewiring my beliefs while I dream. This is my kind of rewiring!

Take some time out of your day to do this easy meditation exercise. You can practice it for 10 minutes or more if you need it. Find a silent spot in your house to do your exercise and be sure that nothing or no one will interrupt your meditation for these 10 minutes. Also make sure that there are no electronic gadgets around that could steal your focus.

Okay, now you have crossed that first dangerous hurdle where many get knocked down. In the third part of the formula, your goal is to hone in your skill in order to be getting paid over and over for your service.

A hypnotic state is a natural state of mind. We are all in a hypnotic state when we are daydreaming or when we are almost asleep. We are relaxed, but still aware of our surroundings. When in this state, our subconscious mind is more open to suggestions. This is how you can reprogram your mind to get rid of negative impressions and replace them with positive ones. Remember you are always in charge of the changes your mind accepts.

Your ability to learn these things and excel in them will determine how successful your business will be. But if you persevere and put everything you learn into practice, not discountenancing integrity and ethical behaviour in your business, you will get to a place where that profit you thought would not show up or was too late in coming will be the order of the day.

I believe that either St. John of the Cross or St. Teresa of Avila said that when one is unmistakably drawn toward God, a person can become as if they are sick, extremely tired, having lost all appetite, and finding all food nauseating. Everything is an annoyance; people, business dealings, they are all burdens. Only the illness and the longing for health (God), is important, and even though the business of life must go on, there is no longer an appetite for it. The taste is gone. Now these things of the world molest the one who is ill, and create untold burdens.
